Cracked tile replacement
Individual tiles removed and replaced without disturbing the surrounding field, matched as closely as the original allows.
Grout removal and regrouting
Failed grout cut out to depth and replaced, not skimmed over the top. Skimming is why most regrouting fails again within a year.
Caulking and movement joints
Corners and changes of plane get flexible sealant, not grout. Grout in a moving joint cracks by design.
Resealing
Natural stone and grout cleaned and resealed.
An honest word about repairs
When a repair is the right call
Isolated cracked tiles, cosmetic grout failure and worn sealant are straightforward repairs worth doing.
When it is not
Recurring loose tile, grout failing repeatedly in the same spot, or staining outside the shower usually means the waterproofing behind it has failed. Regrouting over that means paying for the repair twice.
